By downloading or using the Beauté app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Beauté is a platform that connects clients with vetted beauty and wellness professionals for in-home appointments. We are not the employer of professionals; they are independent contractors who have been vetted and approved by Beauté to operate on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Beauté. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Bookings

When you confirm a booking through the app, you enter into a service agreement with your assigned professional, facilitated by Beauté. Beauté guarantees the professional’s credentials and standard of conduct as described in our Beauté Standard commitment.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through the app. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. By confirming a booking you authorise the charge. Receipts are issued in-app.

5. Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is described in full at /cancellation-policy/. Cancellation fees apply as stated.

6. Conduct

You agree to treat Beauté professionals with respect. Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate will result in immediate account suspension. Professional safety is non-negotiable.

7. Liability

Beauté makes every effort to ensure the quality and safety of services. To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
