How cancellations, reschedules and refunds work — simple, clear rules so there are never any surprises.

How to cancel
Open the Beauté app, go to your upcoming appointment, and tap “Cancel booking”. You will receive immediate confirmation. Alternatively contact Beauté Concierge and we will handle the cancellation for you.
Professional cancellations
If your professional cancels or is unable to attend, you will be notified immediately through the app. You will not be charged. Where possible we will offer a replacement professional for the same time slot. If no replacement is available, a full refund is processed within 2 business days.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booking up to 3 hours before your session at no charge. Rescheduling within 3 hours is treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue cash refunds.
